Pie is so fabulous! We love pie so much that we had to make it a "pan-less" pie. Featured here is our Pecan Sweet Potato Galette. A flakey butter pastry filled with a spiced sweet potato custard, and caramelized pecans on top. Truly a delicious taste of Fall!
Ingredients: Roasted sweet potatoes, flour, butter, pecans, lemon, water, milk, confectioner's sugar, sugar, sea salt, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, clove, and baking powder.
