Frequently Asked Questions

When will my baked items arrive? 

If you choose Standard Shipping, your order will arrive within 10 business days of your order date.  If you choose Express Shipping, your order will arrive within 1 - 2 business days of your order date.  We currently do not offer same day shipping.

How will my baked goods arrive? 

Your baked goods will arrive via USPS in a box marked with the Alexandra's Bakery & Gourmet Specialties logo.  Each of our desserts are packaged to ensure freshness and maintain product integrity during the shipping process.  When the dessert arrives, be sure to place it in your freezer or refrigerator.  Our desserts are perishable.  If no one is available to sign for your package, it will be left on your doorstep.

Can I ship internationally? 

Currently, purchases from our website are not shipped internationally.  We only ship within the United States.

Can I have my items shipped with special conditions? 

Please call 980-348-7697, email us at info@alexandrasbakery.com, and/or message us via our Contact Us page on our website if there are any special needs out of the ordinary.

Nut Allergy Warning

Alexandra's Bakery products are made in an environment where nuts are used and handled.  For that reason, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% nut free.  Even if nuts are not on the list of ingredients there still may be a trace of nuts or nut oils in the product.
