Frequently Asked Questions

When will my baked items arrive?

If you choose Standard Shipping, your order will arrive within 10 business days of your order date. If you choose Express Shipping, your order will arrive within 1 - 2 business days of your order date. We currently do not offer same day shipping.

How will my baked goods arrive?

Your baked goods will arrive via USPS in a box marked with the Alexandra's Bakery & Gourmet Specialties logo. Each of our desserts are packaged to ensure freshness and maintain product integrity during the shipping process. When the dessert arrives, be sure to place it in your freezer or refrigerator. Our desserts are perishable. If no one is available to sign for your package, it will be left on your doorstep.

Can I ship internationally?

Currently, purchases from our website are not shipped internationally. We only ship within the United States.

Can I have my items shipped with special conditions?

Please call 980-348-7697, email us at info@alexandrasbakery.com, and/or message us via our Contact Us page on our website if there are any special needs out of the ordinary.

Does Alexandra's Bakery have any pick-up options?

Yes! There are Pick-Up Locations:

Charlotte Regional Farmer's Market ("Farmer's Mkt"), 1801 Yorkmont Rd, Charlotte, NC 28217 (Saturdays, 8am-11am); and
Alexandra's Bakery & Gourmet Specialties ("Bakery"), 9101 Monroe Road, Suite 110, Charlotte, NC 28270 by allotted pick-up day and time.

Does Alexandra's Bakery partner with any delivery platforms?

Yes! We partner with DoorDash, Grubhub, and UberEats!

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express , PayPal, and Cash App.

Do I have to have a PayPal account?

No. You don't need to have a PayPal account. During checkout, select PayPal. PayPal will inquire if you would like to pay using your PayPal account or if you don't have a PayPal account, if you would like to use your debit or credit card or Cash App.

Is my information (credit card/email/address) safe?

Yes! We take the security of your personal information very seriously. Your contact information (email, address and phone number) is not shared or sold to anyone. We’ve also taken several steps to ensure that all transaction information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure, encrypted server. When you check out, you will notice the URL changes from “http” to “https” indicating you’ve moved to an encrypted, secure page. Depending on your browser, you may also see a closed padlock. What is Alexandra's Bakery cancellation policy?

To change, postpone or cancel your order is not a problem. Just contact us via email at info@alexandrasbakery.com, by phone at 980-348-7697 before 6pm on the day your order was placed, and/or via the Contact Us page on our website. Order changes will delay the shipment of your order.

Does Alexandra's Bakery offer refunds or replacements?

Like opinions, tastes differ. We are very sorry if you were expecting a less-sweet/savory item or an item that looked differently than the one you received. We do not send replacement items or issue refunds in these cases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 980-348-7697, email us at info@alexandrasbakery.comcom, and/or message us via the Contact Us page on our website. Depending on the circumstances, we may replace or refund your order. If for some reason the information given to us here at A. H. Wright Baking Co. was incorrect, no refund can be given. The order can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

Alexandra's Bakery & Gourmet Specialties makes delicious gifts for your employees and customers all year round. Corporate discounts are available. Nut Allergy Warning

Alexandra's Bakery products are made in an environment where nuts are used and handled. For that reason, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% nut free. Even if nuts are not on the list of ingredients there still may be a trace of nuts or nut oils in the product.
